ISINA Talent Search and Artist Development Rules ("Official Rules")

ISINA is a unique digital platform ("Platform" or "ISINA Platform") where you can share your music, talent, craft, work(s), professional contacts and links, receive direct feedback from our dedicated ISINA teams, be discovered, connect with industry professionals and key industry figures, secure unique opportunities. By registering a profile on ISINA Platform, you will be able to contact your peers and industry professionals worldwide.

ISINA Platform is hosting the profiles of artists, influencers, musicians, performers, entertainment industry executives, Grammy-award winning and nominated talent, directors, producers. We welcome you to become a registered user of the ISINA community. Connect with your peers, get discovered, share your talent, craft and professional expertise.

Subject to acceptance of the Terms of Use and these Official Rules, you are offered an opportunity to create a profile of your choice – (a) free account profile or a (b) premium account profile offering additional functionalities and features to you. Both types of registrations subject any user to the Official Rules and the Terms of Use, inclusive of the Privacy Notice terms located on the ISINA Platform.

Mentors and ambassadors of ISINA are supervising the flow of new talent and continuously search for up and coming superstars who may become the selected participants and recipients of unique offers by ISINA teams. Participants may be offered unique collaboration opportunities while being a member of the ISINA industry community on our curated Platform.

Talent search takes place online on our Platform at www.isina.com. Co-Founders of our Platform as well as the ambassadors and the dedicated members of ISINA provide detailed feedback to your uploaded original work(s) and choose talent for future projects, collaborations, production and development projects.

Registered ISINA profile ("ISINA Profile") users worldwide are eligible to receive offers from ISINA or/and 3rd party music services, industry professionals or other participants of ISINA Platform. ISINA is utilizing communication tools to enable active communications between all industry professionals.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION ON ISINA PLATFORM

  1. Eligibility.

    Each ISINA Profile user must be at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry (see Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for more details). You may contact ISINA's legal department at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding eligibility per your territory.

  2. Domestic/International applicants are eligible
  3. You must be the rightful copyright interest owner of the work(s) uploaded to ISINA platform and own all other applicable rights according to law. Please refer to Terms of Use for more detailed requirements in connection with the ownership rights requirement.

    ISINA reserves the right to withdraw submissions that violate this rule and delete the profile of such user. Obscene materials, unauthorized advertisements are strictly prohibited. We monitor the submissions and constantly work on employing new identifying technology to ID your work(s). You expressly understand, acknowledge and agree that you may be subject to legal action initiated against you by third parties for the infringement of the rightful owners' interests in the work(s) you may attempt to submit and you shall indemnify ISINA from any claim(s) and damages in connection therewith.

    Please refer to Terms of Use for more requirements in connection with the ownership rights requirement, indemnification of ISINA and your representations and warranties.

  4. You MUST provide ISINA with additional legal information in the event that you are not the sole 100% rightful owner of the copyrighted work(s) and there are additional rightsholders. You may submit and post audio and video works ONLY IF you are not restricted from doing so in any way and have the legal right to do so worldwide.

    You MUST notify ISINA's legal department and provide information regarding all the additional author(s) and/or rightful copyright interest co-owner(s) of your submitted work(s).

    Please send us the information IMMEDIATELY after submitting your work(s) to: [email protected] and state: a) your Profile account information, b) title of the submitted work, c) ALL the additional detailed information about who the other rightful legal coowners of the musical composition and the sound recording are c) as well as names of individuals and/or entities who are active licensee(s) or sublicensee(s) of your work(s). Failure to comply with this rule in a timely manner will automatically rescind any offer or opportunity if you get selected as its recipient. Additionally, failure to comply with this Rule shall cause termination of your account.

HOW TO ENTER:

  1. Create and complete your profile on ISINA Platform. Tell us about yourself.
  2. Upload your songs or demos. Links to your works and direct uploads of video/audio files are accepted.
  3. ALL MUSICAL TALENT MAY ENTER: SINGERS, SONGWRITERS, COMPOSERS, SOUND ENGINEERS, PRODUCERS, GUITARISTS, BASSISTS, DRUMMERS, PIANISTS, WOODWINDS, STRING INSTRUMENTS, DJS, BANDS AND DUETS.
  4. All written profile material (artist name, bio, track info) must be in English, otherwise your submitted work will not be approved and you will forego the chance to be offered unique opportunities from our team of industry executives.
  5. Free Profile accounts are limited to three (3) songs and limited profile functionality.
  6. Premium Profile accounts unlock full functionality of the ISINA Platform allowing you to submit an unlimited number of musical work(s) and videos. We highly recommend you register or upgrade to a Premium account to explore all additional features offered and curated by our Platform.
  7. The RATINGS and unique opportunities offered to select participants do not differ based on the type of the Profile account registration on the Platform (e.g., free account vs. premium account). You may upgrade to Premium account for more functionalities or downgrade to a Free account at any time.

RATINGS AND REVIEWS:

  1. Once your musical work is submitted, it will be rated by our professional review teams and additional teams of experts. After the rating process, ISINA creates music charts based on the unique automated algorithm formula(s) using rating, likes, shares, votes and other data.
  2. The professional reviewer rating is based on three (3) categories: INDIVIDUALITY, POTENTIAL & ARTISTRY.
  3. Within fourteen (14) days of submission, you will receive a rating of your track by one or more members of the ISINA team of experts and participating mentors.
  4. All ISINA Charts and playlists are subject to change depending on the number of submitted musical work(s), the scores received and other factors.

WORLDWIDE TALENT SEARCH PARTICIPANT SELECTION:

  1. Potential participants will be contacted by an ISINA team member via the message on the Platform, by phone or by e-mail. You must respond within fortyeight (48) hours of the first attempt to contact you in order to be eligible to claim your offer. Please check your messages regularly and exclude ISINA emails from potential hidden email inbox folders.
  2. The board of MENTORS or ISINA Music Team may select one or several “Artists of the Month” each month from the ISINA CHARTS. Artist of the Month may receive additional collaboration opportunities or offers.
  3. Participants selected by ISINA team(s) will receive an opportunity to either recreate/re-record their song or compose, record and produce a new song, guided and supervised by our MENTORS alongside the music development and production teams of ISINA.
  4. After completing the commercially satisfactory reworked or a brand new song, some participants will be placed on ISINA's Curated Playlists on major music distribution platforms.
  5. ISINA may offer select participants (individually) up to $10,000 in music production, artist development and music promotion funds and opportunities.

MINOR ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE AND UP

  1. In order to be eligible, all participants under eighteen (18) years of age and significantly older than thirteen (13) years of age must have all parents/legal guardians complete a Parental/Legal Guardian Consent Form and send it to our legal department at: [email protected].

GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. If you are a selected recipient of the unique ISINA opportunity or offer, ISINA will provide further instructions about all additionally required documentation from you. Participants shall promptly engage in providing ISINA with all requested information and documents within a reasonable time (not to exceed one (1) calendar week) in order to preserve their unique participation opportunity or offer.
  2. All ISINA Platform users must conduct themselves suitably with due regard to the community and its standards. All Profile users shall not commit any act that will demean ISINA in any way among the public eye. In the event that the ISINA Profile user(s) engage in illegal activities, or in activities anticipated to threaten, abuse, or harass any other registered user, instructor, mentor, employee, agent, ISINA's authorized representative or any third party, ISINA reserves the right to terminate any offer issued to such ISINA Profile user immediately and terminate such registered Profile user's account without the right to appeal.
  3. ISINA reserves the right to disqualify any unique opportunity participant if ISINA establishes that the participant is in clear violation of any term contained in these Official Rules or/and is in violation of the Terms of Use.
  4. ISINA reserves the right to change the Official Rules at any time. All updates will be announced on the Platform at isina.com with the new effective date and chosen participants of the talent search program will be notified individually regarding the modifications of the Official Rules if such modifications will be affecting them and their program participation directly.
